I am also part of Touchstone's Positive Care Programme providing acupuncture for people living with complex and difficult long term conditions including depression, bipolar, anxiety, stress, ME, MS, fibromyalgia and arthritis.
Touchstone is a health and wellbeing charity with over 30 years experience of providing mental health services and tackling stigma and discrimination. It is committed to ending the stigma connected to mental health through collaborations, campaigning and as an employer of people with direct experience of mental health difficulties.

I have also worked in conjunction with the James Cook Hospital based in Middlesbrough, working in the Trinity Holistic Centre supporting patients undergoing cancer treatment.

Hello, my name is Ami. I turned to acupuncture 10 years ago for my own health needs and was so amazed by the benefits I experienced. I worked within the NHS as a Pharmacy Technician for 10 years and decided to follow my dream and study Acupuncture - it was the best decision I ever made.
